Plaintiff is the owner of certain images of the band Motley Crue and the Defendants have been sued for allegedly publishing the copyrighted images on the Internet without licensing the right to do so.
Plaintiff alleges copyright infringement and breach of contract. Plaintiff’s prayer for relief requests for Defendant to be enjoined from engaging in any further unauthorized infringement, to account for and pay for damages, attorneys’ fees, statutory damages and any other just relief.
